Boxing Fit

Boxing Fit classes are great for general fitness and are a really good way of burning calories and relieving some stress and agression!

Different to Boxercise, Boxing Fit uses free standing punch bags and padwork to teach you speed and boxing skills in a fun, enjoyable environment.

In order to join this class you need:

  • To be in good general health
  • To be free from injury
  • To wear suitable clothing - loose comfortable clothing and trainers
  • To bring a bottle of water
  • The all clear from your doctor if you have recently had a baby or have any back problems or health issues
  • To be willing to work hard
