Workplace Workouts

 Spend all day cooped up in an office? Feel like exercising during your lunch break or after work? Our workplace workouts come to you at work so you will have no excuse to not making exercise part of your working day.

Workplace workouts can take place in Winchester, Eastleigh, Chandlers Ford, Southampton or anywhere in the area.

If you are an employer looking to increase staff performance and build a stonger team, then these classes will interest you. We show proven results that workplace workouts actually improve your employees health and decrease the amount of time staff take off work sick. The classes mainly take place outside to allow staff to benefit from fresh air and natural light. The intensity levels of the classes will be individually tailored to groups and individuals to ensure that results are achievable.

Increases in work performance, productivity and the general feeling of well-being have been reported by those who take part in our Workplace Workouts. This helps your staff retention rates increase and you can achieve the optimum performance from your employees.

We also offer team building weekends and event organisation to help maximise staff performance. Examples include be a survival weekend with bridge buiding and problem solving, or preparing you as a company for an event such as a triathlon or charity walk. Our trainers will deliver the preparatory training required for these events including individual consultations and fitness assessments. They will be assigned specifically to your workplace to create good relations and build moral.

Classes can include circuits, boxing fit, running, zumba fit, yoga, pilates, kettle bells...within reason we can put on any class you like!

For this class, entry guidelines are as follows:-

  • No previous exercise experience required
  • Suitable clothing should be worn
  • Bring a bottle of water
  • Be prepared to workout in your lunch break
  • You should have the 'all-clear' from your doctor
