This class involves participants exercising at a very high intensity level, focusing not only on upper body strength and power, but also improving your general level of fitness at the same time. The trainers will be teaching boxing skills and other related fitness activities that can benefit you.

For this class, entry guidelines are as follows:
- No previous boxing experience required
- Preferable to have medium to high fitness levels
- Be aware that this is a contact sport
- You should have the 'all-clear' from your doctor
- Suitable clothing should be worn
- Bring your own gloves
- Bring a bottle of water
- Be prepared to work hard!
