Dreaming of a flat tummy? This class is for all and aims to improve the abdomens for both men and women. The classes will begin at a very low level by teaching how to active the core muscles and the many different layers of the abs.
As the weeks progress, the sessions will get increasingly harder and become more circuit based while still focusing on that all important area….... the abs. Other related activities will be explained in the sessions, along with techniques for activating your abdominal muscles while doing these everyday activities.
For this class, entry guidelines are as follows:
- No previous core exercise experience required
- You should have no severe back injuries
- Suitable clothing should be worn
- Bring a bottle of water
- Be prepared for the core exercises to get harder as the weeks progress
