Finding it hard to motivate yourself doing the most simplest of activities? These classes are designed to help motivate you and introduce you to different and new ways to exercise. The classes take place outside, so get ready to use those park benches in a totally different way! You will never be able to look at another parked bench in the same way -instead of wanting to sit on them you will have a strange desire to 'bench press' and 'tri-cep dip' off them from now onwards. The classes will address your overall fitness, working hard from head-to-toe at an intensity level that will make you feel like you have done a satisfying workout.

For this class, entry guidelines are as follows:-

  • No previous exercise experience required
  • Suitable clothing should be worn
  • Bring a bottle water
  • You should have the 'all-clear' from your doctor
  • Be prepared to work hard and aim for overall fitness
