It is never too late to start exercising. This class involves the older members of society getting involved in exercise and staying active. These classes are aimed to improve the well being and fitness levels of the older generation, and will take place in local old people homes. The low intensity fitness sessions are varied from strength and mobility activities, to low level cardiovascular activities. It is a great chance to stay fit, healthy and be with others in a fun environment.

As a guide for this class, entry levels are as follows:-

  • No previous exercise experience required
  • Bring a bottle of water
  • You should have some mobility
  • You should have the all clear from your doctor
  • Be able to withstand doing a form of exercise for an hour
