The class takes place out side, so there is no fear of getting bored on those tiresome treadmills, you can enjoy the lovely scenery at the same time as burning off all those naughty calories. Your trainer will take you on a motivating course that pushes you be become a better all round runner.
As a guide for this class, entry levels are as follows:-
- Suitable running shoes and clothing should be worn
- Bring a bottle of water
- No previous exercise experience required
- You should have all the clear from the doctor
