Exercising is for everyone. These classes are aimed at those with specific learning difficulties, it is hoped that these classes will get young adults with learning difficulties involved in health and fitness which as a result can have many effects on their lives and the people and around them. By involving them in discussions about health and fitness, and by actively getting those participating in a variety of activities these classes aim to improve many skills such as the art of communication and the understanding of others needs, team building skills, improving fitness and activity levels, improve motor skills and many more life skills.
As a guide for this class, entry levels are as follows:-
- No previous exercise experience required
- A carer present if needed
- Suitable clothing should be worn
- Bring a bottle of water
- Be prepared to have fun
